Where Do We Ship?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You may also encounter additional fees for tariffs, International Customs & brokers fees.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. Most items are billed by weight in relation to box size. Some items may only weigh 12-18 pounds, but are billed at a dimensional weight (DIM) value for the size of that box.
Some golf cart accessories or parts (i.e., Tires/Wheels, Rear Seats Kits, Combo Deals, etc.) may require additional shipping charges depending on the destination location. We will contact you via email for any additional freight charges before shipment.
To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.
What is Dimensional Weight (DIM) Value?
Dimensional Weight Values. They are used by all shipping companies. They charge you for the possible weight that a large box would carry. (Example: Our dashboards only weigh 3 lbs, but they are up to 46x11"" long so they have to be shipped in a 48"x12"x12" box.
UPS and/or Fed Ex charges the DIM weight of 42 lbs for that box.
Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight.
Unfortunately this is out of our hands & all the common shipping companies assess this charge.
How Do We Ship?
We primarily use United Parcel Systems (UPS) & or Fed EX as our main shipper, but we provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order. During checkout the available shipping methods and costs will be presented for your selection.
Some items like a golf cart body or a long roof/top are too large for UPS and/or Fed Ex & must be shipped by truck freight.
We also ship APO/FPO for Military personel. This must be shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times can not be gauranteed through this service as it has to process from the US mail service to the US Military service.
How Much Does Truck Freight Cost?
Truck freight shipping varies on your location. Most freight companies bill for a minimum weight of a small pallet or container at 100 pounds or better. They also add about a $60.00 surcharge for a residential delivery due to the fact that they could possibly have a very hard time maneuvering a tractor trailer through some residential developments. If you need a shipment via truck freight, you will save the $60.00 residential fee if you know someone with a non-home based business to have it delivered to.
Most truck freight companies also charge extra for lift gate service. A lift gate is basically a hydraulic lift on the back of the truck that gets the heavy freight off the back of the truck down to the ground. Our Truck freight company does not charge extra for this service
When Do We Ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours from the time you place your order. If we happen to be out of stock on an item we will have the manufacturer ship directly to you, so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
Where Is My Order?
Once we have processed your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us as well as an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number that you can track on the UPS Website.
